Remove meat from 1/2 BBQ chicken, add to 300g cooked pasta with 500g jar
of pasta sauce, rinse jar with a little water or stock and add. Pile
into an oven-proof dish. Top with a carton of sour cream and 1 cup
grated cheese. Bake at 180 C (160 C fan forced) for 20-25 min. Garnish
with chopped parsley and serve with garlic bread and salad.
