Ingredients
Buiscuits (Any buiscuit) | 25-30 |
Bournvita Packet | small sized (25gm) |
Milk | 2-3 tablespoon |
Dryfruits (almonds, cashews, walnuts) | 1/4 cup |
Milk powder | 6 tablespoon |
Coffee | 1 teaspoon |
Shredded Coconut | For coating |
Method
- Make a powder of buiscuits in grinder.
- Grind dryfruits. (not in very fine powder)
- Mix buiscuits powder, dryfruits powder, milk powder, bournvita, coffee in one big bowl.
- Add milk in a mixture and make a dough. You can increase or decrease the quantity of milk to make a dough.
- You can adjust the quantity of milk powder for sweetness according to your taste. If buiscuit is less sweet, you can increase the quantity of milk powder.
- Make balls and coat in shredded coconut.
- Your chocolate coconut balls are ready.
Note: You can add any health drink in this. I added Actilife once and it came out yummy. For kids you can coat with colorful nonpareils.
